Seventeen years ago, in 2002, Mary Anne Haas, then the Assistant to the President of International Schools Services (ISS), convened the first Women’s Symposium for International School Leaders in Princeton, NJ. The Symposium, which since its inception has been generously supported by a grant from the Office of Overseas Schools, as well as many other sponsors, brings about two dozen women educators together each June in Princeton for two days of workshops, networking, reflection, and fun.
