What kind of educational institution embraces change like the one thrust upon society in light of the COVID-19 pandemic situation and adapts to meet the new demands of educating young people? What elements are necessary to prepare the leadership to respond to change by embracing perpetual institutional transformation, and addressing some of the challenges faced by the larger community, beyond the academic institution? Additionally, what kind of educational model could embody the promise and possibility of continuous transformation within it, where continuous adaptive and pivoting instructional methods are necessary?
